Riblee's Angel Hair Pasta.

Tonight's blog post is going to be a quick and short one.

I love my pork - and best, I love my pork croutons or pork lard. (also known as chu yao char). When you put chu yao char - in anything, I think it makes it taste good. This is even for Italian pasta. Haha.

There's this place in Desa Sri Hartamas that makes some pretty awesome pasta. =)

Just upstairs of Al Rajhi Bank (how awkward...) - Riblees is the place to go to for the best angel hair pasta! The way the owner Kenny cooks it is that he puts in all the pork lard, together with a blend of dried chili.. together with the angel hair pasta... and VOILA... the best angel hair pasta that you can get.
